March 10 (SeeNews) - Annual inflation in the EU stood at 1.6% in January, compared to 1.7% a month earlier, the bloc's statistical office said.
In the euro area, the seasonally-adjusted annual inflation was 1.3% versus 1.4% a month earlier, Eurostat said in a press release.
