July 16 (SeeNews) - Maize processor and starch producer Amylum Bulgaria, part of US food processing company Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), said that it expects to grow its sales by an annual 3% in 2019.
Amylum Bulgaria booked sales of 555.4 million levs ($318.5 million/284.0 million euro) in 2018.
The company will also seek to reduce its water and electricity consumption by 2% each, Amylum Bulgaria said in a financial statement.
Amylum Bulgaria's energy expenses amounted to 23.6 million levs last year, up from 21.5 million levs in 2017.
The company employed 345 people in 2018.
