SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 26 (SeeNews) - Investment firm Alpha Bulgaria [BUL:VZW] said that it is planning to issue up to 194,891,400 warrants at a price of 0.002 levs ($0.0011/0.0010 euro) apiece.
Each warrant will entitle its owner to subscribe for one Alpha Bulgaria share at a price of 1 lev within a five-year period, the company said in a statement earlier this week.
The offering will be serviced by local brokerage First Financial Brokerage House.
Alpha Bulgaria shares last traded at a price of 0.805 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
