March 22 (SeeNews) - German-based financial services company Allianz SE has lifted its stake in Slovenian drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] to 6.37% from 4.99%, Krka said.
Allianz SE currently holds 2,090,208 but has no voting rights through shares or financial instruments, Krka said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

As of December 2022, the largest shareholder in Krka was Slovenian state-owned company Kapitalska Druzba with 10.7% stake, followed by the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) with 9.0% and the Slovenian state with 7.2%.
Krka's capital is divided into 14,250,742 shares, while voting rights total 32,793,448.
