July 29 (SeeNews) - Household appliances maker Alfa plam [BEL:ALFA] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as stock indices ended up, bourse data showed.
A total of 1,343 Alfa plam shares changed hands in a turnover of 42.3 million dinars. Alfa plam closed up 0.03% at 31,500 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.55% higher at 741.54 points.
Civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price grew 7.53% to 700 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, grew 0.25% to 1,558.35.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 745.9 million dinars ($7 million/6.3 million euro) on Monday, up from Friday's 48.6 million dinars, as 99 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the exchange generated a turnover of 203 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 462.5 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock market on Monday.
