June 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian aluminium products manufacturer Alcomet [BUL:6AM] led the blue-chip gainers on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday, bourse data showed.
Alcomet [BUL:6AM] closed 3.57% higher at 18.85 levs ($10.81/9.65 euro) as 35 of the company shares changed hands.
Earlier on Monday, Alcomet said it will distribute a gross dividend of 0.45 levs per share for 2016.
Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] led the blue-chip decliners on Monday, closing 1.72% lower at 1.654 levs in a trading volume of 5,850 shares.
Drug producer Sopharma [BUL:3JR] was the most traded blue-chip on Monday as 99,951 of its shares changed hands at an average price of 4.372 levs.
BSE's total stock trading turnover fell to 1.2 million levs on Monday, from 2.14 million levs on Friday.
The blue-chip SOFIX index rose 0.82% to 681.39 points, after falling by 0.23% on Friday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, lost 0.60% to 130.80 points, following a decrease of 0.31% on Friday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, fell 0.13% to 111.21 points on Monday. On Friday, the index added 1.46%.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, edged up 0.08% to 516.70 points, after rising 0.25% on Friday.
