SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 23 (SeeNews) – Resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] was the top blue-chip decliner on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Albena shares closed 2.32% lower at 61.05 levs ($37.0/31.2 euro) in a trading volume of 32 shares.
The BSE's blue-chip SOFIX index fell 0.22% to 667.91 points on Thursday after edging down 0.09% on Wednesday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, decreased by 0.15% to 130.55 points, after losing 0.27% on Wednesday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, fell 0.26% to 113.56 points on Thursday. On Wednesday, the index closed 0.05% lower.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, dropped 0.24% to 544.84 points, following a 0.22% decrease on Wednesday.
Total turnover on the regulated market of the Sofia bourse rose to 2.7 million levs on Thursday from 1.8 million levs on Wednesday.
Industrial conglomerate Chimimport [BUL:6C4] was the most traded blue chip, as 10,888 of the company’s shares changed hands at an average price of 1.709 levs.
Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:4ID] rose the most among blue chips on Thursday, closing 2.15% higher at 0.95 levs.
