May 21 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index edged up 0.02% to 449.56 points on Thursday, mostly due to a 3.47% rise in the share price of resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB].
Other gainers among blue chips included financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] and diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4], which added 1.90% and 0.93%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, rose 0.19% to 95.75 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, added a slim 0.08% to 464.52 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, fell 0.44% to 133.28 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover amounted to some 321,000 levs ($180,000/164,000 euro).
