March 10 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has decided to include hotel operator Albena [BUL:ALB], IoT products maker Allterco [BUL:A4L], and software group Telelink Business Services Group (TBS Group) [BU:TBS] to the base of its blue-chip SOFIX index as of March 22.
The three companies will replace battery maker Monbat [BUL:MONB], diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH], and construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] in the composition of the SOFIX, which tracks 15 stocks, the stock exchange said in a statement after trading hours on Monday.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, will see three new members as of March 22 - TBS Group, Odessos Shiprepair Yard [BUL:ODES], and Oil and Gas Exploration and Production [BUL:NGAZ].
They will replace Aktiv Properties REIT [BUL:AKTV], Eleven Capital [BUL:11C], and Super Borovetz Property Fund REIT [BUL:SBPF].
The BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free-float of at least 10% have equal weight, will get six new members - TBS Group, Allterco, Synthetica [BUL:SYN], Balkan and Sea Properties REIT [BUL:BSP], 235 Holdings [BUL:235H], and Bulgarian Stock Exchange [BUL:BSE].
The six companies which will leave the BGTR30 will be Aktiv Properties REIT, Super Borovetz Property Fund REIT, Galata Investment Company [BUL:GTH], Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:HIKA], Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:SFI], and Himsnab Bulgaria [BUL:CHSB].
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, will see Intercapital Property Development REIT [BUL:ICPD] replace Aktiv Properties REIT as part of its base.
