May 29 (SeeNews) - The Albanian Development Fund (ADF) signed a 398 million leks ($3.85 million/3.58 million euro) turnkey agreement with local construction firm Fusha, which envisages building of a multi-level garden for special events and installing a solar array at the prime minister's office in Tirana, it said.
The job should be done within six months, tender documents published last week show.
It envisages covering a terrace with a 1,700 square metres solar array that will produce 250,000 euro worth of electricity annually, ADF told local news provider Citizens Channel earlier.
Other details about the capacity of the installation were not disclosed.
The Albanian Development Fund is a development organisation founded in 1993 through the financing of foreign donors, according to its website. Its donors include the World Bank, United Nations, European Union, the EBRD, German Cooperation and KfW Development Bank, among many.
