March 27 (SeeNews) - Albania’s gross foreign debt totalled 9.8 billion euro ($10.6 billion) at the end of December, down 1% compared to the level recorded at the end of September, the central bank said on Monday.
The external debt of Albania's general government and central bank decreased in the fourth quarter, while the foreign debt of commercial banks and the non-financial sector slightly increased, Bank of Albania said a quarterly debt report.
