July 13 (SeeNews) - Albanian beverage producer Blu Imperial added solar panels with a total capacity of 388 kWp to the rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system at its Selita Water factory in Tirana, PV systems provider Vega Solar said.
The total installed PV capacity of the factory's PV system expanded to 892 kWp, Vega Solar said in a social media earlier this week.
Blu Imperial installed a 503 kWp solar array at the Selita Water factory last year, Vega Solar said at the time.
Blu Imperial is owned by Haredin Kastrati, one of the minor shareholders at the Albanian diversified group Kastrati, mainly active as a wholesale and retail trader of hydrocarbon products, according to documents in the country’s online business register.
Blu-Imperial holds an exclusive permit to package water branded Selita, named after a fountain in Dajti mountain.
