TIRANA (Albania), September 14 (SeeNews) – Albania's competition authority said it has approved the sale of 85% shareholding interest in call center and data processing company CC Tirana to Italian-based Comdata group.

The rest of the shares will be controlled by Italian company Sestante Holding, previously owner of 100% of CC Tirana, the competition authority said in a statement earlier this week.

CC Tirana is specialized in call center services in the field of customer care, telemarketing or teleselling, including processing of data of other companies and/or public entities.

Sestante Holding is present on the Albanian market through another two call center operators, We Web and Intercom Data Service.

Comdata group is an international service provider in customer interaction and process management. The company has been operating since 1987 and employs around 50,000 people in 30 languages across 4 continents and 22 countries.
