August 4 (SeeNews) - Albania-based Coca-Cola Bottling Shqiperia (CCBS), a unit of Italy’s Societa Imbottigliamento Bevande Gassate S.I.BE.G, said it recorded a 18% rise in its net profit to 823 million leks ($8.7 million/7.9 million euro) in 2022.
Sales revenue jumped 20% to 5.1 billion leks in 2022, while production costs increased 27% to 3.2 billion leks, CCBS said in a financial statement filed on the country’s online business register last week.
Distribution costs amounted to 790 million leks in 2022, from 760 million in the previous year.
Coca-Cola Bottling Shqiperia was established in 1994, according to business register data. It is engaged in the production, bottling and trade of drinks under the Coca-Cola brand, as well as other beverage brands such as Fanta, Sprite, Uji i Ftohte Tepelene, Schweppes and Monster, according to its website.
