TIRANA (Albania), June 10 (SeeNews) – Albanian company Gjikuria won a 364.3 million leks ($3.4 million/2.6 million euro) road reconstruction contract in the country, the Albanian Development Fund (ADF) said.
A total of four bids have been submitted in the tender for the upgrade of the 8.8-kilometre Surrel - Qafe Priske road section in Tirana region, according to a contract award notice posted on ADF's website.
The duration of the contract is 12 months.
ADF is a public agency whose mission is to encourage a sustainable, balanced and cohesive socio-economic development at local and regional level. It was established at the beginning of 1993, based on an agreement between the Albanian government and the World Bank.
