September 23 (SeeNews) - Albania will offer a total of 10.1 billion leks ($82.7 million/73.7 million euro) worth of six-month and one-year Treasury bills on October 4, the country's central bank said on Friday.
On September 6, when the bank held the latest auction of six-month T-bills, it sold 2.67 billion leks worth of government paper, against 3.26 billion leks on offer. Yields rose to 0.9% from 0.86% previously.
In the latest auction of one-year T-bills, held on September 20, 5.09 billion leks worth of government paper sold versus 6.1 billion leks on offer, with the average weighted yield rising to 1.62% from 1.57% in the previous auction.
