TIRANA (Albania), May 19 (SeeNews) - Albania will offer to investors 6 billion leks ($52.3 million/49.8 million euro) worth of five-year Treasury notes at an auction on May 24, the central bank said.
The government securities, first issued on March 25, 2022, will mature on March 25, 2027, the central bank said in its calendar of forthcoming auctions of government securities.
At the previous auction of five-year T-notes held in March, Albania's finance ministry sold 1.6 billion leks worth of securities. The coupon on the issue was set at 3.32%, lower compared with 3.90% accepted at the previous auction of five-year government securities held in January, the central bank data showed.
