July 27 (SeeNews) - Albania will auction a total of 6 billion leks ($48.4 million/44 million euro) in 5-year T-notes on August 3, data from the country's central bank showed.
The bank will offer 1 billion leks in 5-year floating rate papers. At the latest similar auction, which was held on May 4, the bank sold 1.5 billion leks at a spread of 1.93%, as demand exceeded supply nearly threefold.
At the same auction the bank will offer 5 billion leks in 5-year fixed-rate securities with an indicative coupon of 3.93%. At the latest similar auction, also on May 4, the bank sold 3.5 billion denars in 5-year notes at a yield of 3.93%. Demand was 4.9 billion leks.
