August 29 (SeeNews) - Albania's finance ministry sold 7.2 billion leks ($71 million/65.8 million euro) worth of one-year Treasury bills at an auction held on August 29, central bank data showed.
The government securities will mature on August 29, 2024. The average weighted yield came in at 3.15%, slightly lower than 3.16% achieved at the previous auction of one-year T-bills held on August 15, data showed.
Some 2.2 billion leks of Tuesday's offer were reserved for the central bank.
