February 22 (SeeNews) - Albania's finance ministry sold 5.6 billion leks ($51.8 million/48.6 million euro) worth of three-year Treasury notes at an auction on Wednesday, data by the country's central bank showed.
The coupon on the issue was set at 5%, higher compared with 2.80% at the previous auction of three-year government securities held in December, according to figures published by the finance ministry.
The newly government securities will mature on February 24, 2026.
