December 2 (SeeNews) - Albania's finance ministry sold 2 billion leks ($18.7 million/16.5 million euro) worth of two-year Treasury notes at an auction on December 2, in line with plan, data by the country's central bank showed.
The coupon on the issue was set at 2.20%, unchanged compared with the previous auction of two-year government securities held in November, the central bank data showed.
The government securities, first issued on October 1, 2021, will mature on October 1, 2023.
