TIRANA (Albania), March 4 (SeeNews) – The Albanian Development Fund (ADF) said it is seeking consultancy services in the design of the second lot of a project for the development of the Vlora - Radhima - Orikum coastline in southwestern Albania.
The project will be financed with the proceeds of a Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) loan.
