TIRANA (Albania), August 16 (SeeNews) – Albanian road authority ARRSH said it opened three separate tenders worth a total of 53.7 million euro ($63.4 million) for the reconstruction of three sections of Tirana ring road.
The maximum budget available for Lot 2 is 20.5 million euro, 17.3 million euro for Lot 4 and 15.9 million euro for Lot 5, ARRSH said in tender notices published by the Albania's public procurement agency on Sunday.
The deadline for submitting bids in the tenders is September 15. Works on all three road sections must be completed within 24 months after the signing of a contract.
The total cost of the project is 373 million euro, according to local media reports. The project has been divided in 10 lots and is expected to be completed in 2023, local news provider Klan TV reported.
