TIRANA (Albania), August 30 (SeeNews) – The Albanian government said it approved a grant from Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development worth 200,000 Kuwaiti dinars ($659,000/563,800 euro) to finance a feasibility study for transport infrastructure projects.
The projects will focus on the road infrastructure in key tourist areas in the southern coastal region of the country, the government said in a statement on Wednesday.
The Kuwait Fund is already co-financing the upgrade of Vlora River road in southern Albania with a 40.8 million dollar loan under an agreement signed with the Albanian government in 2016.
