December 8 (SeeNews) - Air Serbia will launch in the spring direct flights between Belgrade and Budapest in Hungary, and Izmir and Ankara in Turkey, it said.
Flights from Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport to Budapest will commence in March and will be operated up to seventeen times per week during the summer season, the company said in a press release on Thursday.
Flights to Ankara will begin at the end of March and be serviced four times a week. The airline will fly to Izmir twice a week, starting in April.
"We believe that 2023 will be the year in which we will push our limits further, offering direct flights to almost 100 cities around the world", said Bojan Arandelovic, Air Serbia head of network planning.
