"Our charter has just flown to China to collect medical staff and medical aid. We fly together and now we are winning together. Super proud of our cabin crew and all our colleagues keeping their team spirit high," Air Serbia said in its Twitter account.
On Thursday, Air Serbia suspended passenger services due to the measures imposed by the Serbian government in an effort to limit the spread of the coronavirus disease.
According to media reports, another charter service to China is planned for Monday.
Serbia has confirmed 118 cases of the coronavirus infection so far. The country closed its borders on March 15, shortly after it declared a state of emergency.
