November 28 (SeeNews) - Belgrade airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as share indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 4,600 of Aerodrom's shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 7.9 million dinars. The company closed up 0.59% at 1,712 dinars.
Soybean processing company Sojaprotein [BEL:SJPT] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price rose 9.85% to 145 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, went up 0.03% to 742.78 points on Wednesday. The index fell 0.91% on Tuesday.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, fell 0.02% to 1,565.80 points on Wednesday, after declining 0.48% on Tuesday.
Civil engineering company Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] paced the blue-chip decliners' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange as its share price fell 4.27% to 650 dinars.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse decreased to 17 million dinars ($162,029/143,644 euro) on Wednesday from 33 million dinars on Tuesday, as 242 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at 8.2 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 637,015 dinars to the total turnover of 17.6 million dinars on the stock market.
