January 24 (SeeNews) - Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] generated the highest turnover among the blue chips on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as stock indices ended down, bourse data showed.
A total of 1,128 Aerodrom shares changed hands in a turnover of 91,344 dinars. Aerodrom closed down 1.05% at 1,128 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.23% at 859.71 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed down 0.12% at 1,780.38.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 414.8 million dinars ($4.0 million/3.5 million euro) on Monday, up from 3.9 million dinars on Friday, as 29 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 270,198 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 412.2 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Monday.
