June 7 (SeeNews) - Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6] shares fell 2.07% on Friday, erasing their 2.12% rise in the preceding trading session and sending Bulgarian Stock Exchange indices lower.
Advance Terrafund REIT led decliners among the blue-chip SOFIX index, the equally-weighted BGTR30 index and the BGREIT index, and was the second biggest loser among BGBX40 members.
The SOFIX closed 0.59% lower at 576.48 points, as other major decliners on Friday were drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] and diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR], which lost 2.02% and 1.72%, respectively.
The BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the stock exchange in Sofia, fell 0.36% to 115.0 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, added 0.13% to 502.96 points.
The BGREIT index, which hit consecutive all-time highs in all three preceding trading sessions, closed 0.20% lower at 122.49 points on Friday. The drop in Advance Terrafund REIT shares was partially offset by a 1.0% rise in Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT's [BUL:5BU] share price.
Total regulated market turnover rose to 962,000 levs ($558,000/492,000 euro) on Friday from 331,000 levs on Thursday.
