August 23 (SeeNews) - The preferred shares of diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS2] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Wednesday, bourse data showed.
Adris' shares closed 0.66% higher at 456.00 kuna.
Hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the highest trading turnover of 895,291.19 kuna. The company's share price rose 0.45% and closed at 45.01 kuna.
Fertiliser producer Petrokemija [ZSE:PTKM] paced the blue-chip decliners as its share price fell 5.14% to 14.04 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover increased to 3.5 million kuna ($558,100/472,700 euro) on Wednesday from 2.6 million kuna on Tuesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE decreased 0.10% to 1,899.76 points, after rising 0.17% on Tuesday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, gained 0.14% to 1,123.76 points after adding 0.30% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed down 0.06% at 110.4707 points.
