July 1963 – The agricultural businesses from Radobor village and Logovardi village, and the sugar factory 4 Noemvri merge together to establish ZK Pelagonija.
1969 – The company acquires trade company Agrosnabdintel, Skopje.
1971 – ZK Pelagonija acquires dairy processing organisation Mlekar.
1973 – The company acquires agricultural producer Svetlost.
May 9, 1997 – ZK Pelagonija is privatised and transforms into a joint stock company.
1997 - The company lists on the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
September 2012 - ZK Pelagonija AD acquires former grain processing company Zito Bitola for EUR 857,000.
October, 2017 - The company acquires 100% in Mlekara Zdrave Radovo DOOEL for EUR 12.630 mln.
