April 30 (SeeNews) - Croatian IT company Span d.d. [ZSE:SPAN] said its management and supervisory boards approved on Tuesday a proposal to distribute a dividend of 0.30 euro per share ($0.32 euro).
The dividend will be distributed out of the company’s net profit reported for 2023 and as well as part of the retained profit from previous years, Span said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Record date is June 24, ex-date is June 21, and payment date is July 5.
Span closed last year with a net profit of 500,000 euro, down 92% on 2022, according to the company's audited non-consolidated annual financial statement for 2023 which was also published on Tuesday.
Last year, Span distributed a dividend of 1.33 euro per share.
Span's shares last traded on Monday, when they closed 0.22% lower at 44.60 euro, ZSE data showed. They are part of both main equity indices of the ZSE.
