May 2 (SeeNews) - Croatian holding company Losinjska Plovidba Holding [ZSE:LPHL] said it will propose a dividend of 0.60 euro ($0.64) per share.
The dividend will be paid out of the company’s net profit for 2023, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Monday.
Also on Monday, the company announced that its non-consolidated net profit last year rose to 48,415 euro, from 44,766 euro in 2022.
Last year, the company decided to retain its total net profit for 2022.
The holding company manages a ship repairer and several tourism companies.
Its shares traded 6.76% higher on the Zagreb bourse on Thursday by 1157 local time.
On Wednesday, May 1, the bourse was closed.
