April 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian venture capital firm Eleven Capital [BUL:11C] said its standalone net profit plunged to 751,000 levs ($411,626/383,979 euro) in the first quarter of this year from 6.96 million levs in the comparable period of 2023.
The company's overall revenue sank to 837,000 levs in January-March from 7.07 million levs a year earlier due to revaluation of financial assets, Eleven Capital said in an interim financial statement on Monday.
In parallel, operating expenses narrowed to 86,000 levs in the review period from 110,00 levs in the first three months of 2023.
Eleven Capital's assets grew to some 41.1 million levs at the end of March from 40.4 million levs at the end of last year.
Shares in Eleven Capital last traded on Monday when they closed at 16.20 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
