March 3 (SeeNews) - The U.S. Commerce Department issued final anti-dumping duties on common alloy aluminum sheet imports from several countries in Southeastern Europe (SEE), it said.
The highest anti-dumping rate, of 37.26%, will be imposed on Romanian aluminium producer Alro Group [BSE:ALR], followed by 25.84% on Serbia's Otovici, the U.S. Commerce Department said in a statement on Tuesday.
The subsidiaries of Slovenia's Impol in Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia will pay anti-dumping fees of 3.19%, 11.67% and 13.43%, respectively.
Turkey's Assan Aluminyum will pay a 2.02% fee, while the penalty of local sector player Teknik Aluminyum was set at 13.56%.
Final anti-subsidy duties of 2.56% and 4.34% were imposed on Assan Aluminyum and Teknik Aluminyum, respectively.
The duties come on top of a 10% tariff on aluminium imports imposed by the U.S. government in 2018.
