November 22 (SeeNews) - Turkey's consumer confidence index dropped to 71.1 points in November from 76.8 points in the previous month, the country's statistical office said on Monday.
The index stood at 80.1 points in November 2020.
The index measuring the current financial situation of households compared to the last 12 months decreased to 56.1 points in November from 60.7 points in October, while the index tracking financial situation expectations for the next 12 months fell 8.8% month-on-month to 68.9 points, TurkStat said in a statement.
The general economic situation expectation index went down 8.1% on a monthly comparison basis to 68.2 points in November.
The index measuring the assessment of spending money on durable goods in the next 12 months decreased by 5.4% on a monthly comparison basis in November, to 91.4 points.
