August 29 (SeeNews) - Serbia's Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (Ratel) has given the green light for the launch of a new digital TV operator - mts AntenaTV, which was founded earlier this year up by state-controlled telecom operator Telekom Srbija and state public broadcast company Emisiona Tehnika i Veze (ETV).
mts AntenaTV will offer a commercial package of 22-30 channels and is expected to start broadcasting on September 15, Ratel said in a statement late last week.
Telekom Srbija and ETV own 50% each in mts AntenaTV, which was set up in April.
