January 28 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's biggest telecommunications operator - state-controlled Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] has said it raised its own shareholdings to 0.497% from 0.472% after repurchasing 1,620 of its shares for an overall 95,429 euro ($106,309) on the Ljubljana bourse.
Telekom Slovenije bought 398 shares at 60.20 euro each on January 21, 382 shares at 59.39 euro on January 24, a further 430 shares at 58.0 euro each on January 25, 160 shares at 58.40 euro on January 26, as well as 250 shares at 58.0 euro each on January 27, it said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Prior to the transactions, Krka held 30,879 of its own shares. Following the repurchase, it now holds 32,499 own shares.
Telekom Slovenije's own shares do not have voting rights. The total number of shares with voting rights after the above purchases is 6,502,979, which represents 99.503% of all issued shares.
