December 3 (SeeNews) - The average electricity price for households in Slovenia rose 29% on the quarter to 0.17 euro/kWh ($0.21) in the third quarter of 2020, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
The average natural gas price for households, however, fell 4% on the quarter to 0.06 euro/kWh in July-September, the statistical office said in a press release.
In terms of industrial use of energy and gas, the average electricity price without value added tax for industry was 0.09 euro/kWh in the second quarter of 2020, which is a 4% increase over the previous quarter. The natural gas price without value added tax was 0.03 euro/kWh, down 2% compared to April-June.
