December 3 (SeeNews) - Slovenian document printing company Cetis [LJSE:CETG] said it completed the spin-off its commercial printing activities and their transfer to its unit Amba Co.
The spin-off was entered into the court register on December 1, and as of this date Amba Co. was renamed to Cetis Flex, Cetis said in a statement earlier this week.

Previously, Cetis said it was making the spin-off for economic, logistic and organisational reasons.
Cetis is active in security and commercial printing, including the printing of ID documents, lottery tickets and cards as well as in printing of packaging and labels. Production and trading firm Amba Co., which now operates as Cetis Flex, produces multi-colour printed flexible packaging adjusted to the specific packaging characteristics of various products from food, pharmaceutical, tobacco, cosmetic, chemical and other industries.
Cetis is the parent company of Cetis Group, which comprises seven companies active in the field of solutions for security and commercial printing.
Cetis' shares last traded on the Ljubljana bourse on November 18, closing flat at 60 euro ($72.5).
