January 31 (SeeNews) - The share of non-performing loans (NPLs) in the Slovenian banking sector rose to 6.5% at the end of November from 6.3% a month earlier, central bank data showed on Tuesday.
The value of loans that have not been serviced for more than 90 days increased 3.4% month-on-month, reaching 2.2 billion euro ($2.4 billion) at end-November.
At end-2015, Slovenian banks' NPLs totalled 3.46 billion euro, down from 4.45 billion euro a year earlier. The NPL ratio declined to 9.9% from 11.9% over the period.
