November 24 (SeeNews) - The share of non-performing loans (NPL) in the Slovenian banking sector fell to 6.4% at the end of September from 6.7% a month earlier, central bank data showed.
The value of loans that have not been serviced for more than 90 days declined 4.5% month-on-month to 2.1 billion euro ($2.2 billion) at end-September, data from a central bank report published earlier this week indicated.
At end-2015 Slovenian banks' NPLs stood at 3.46 billion euro, down from 4.45 billion euro a year earlier. The NPL ratio declined to 9.9% from 11.9% over the period.
