August 29 (SeeNews) - The construction of a 70 million euro ($78 million) hotel of U.S.-based hotel operator Hilton Worldwide in downtown Belgrade, the first in the Southeast Euroepan country, is due to be completed by the spring of 2018, the local construction company working on the project said.
The construction of the five-star hotel, which began in April, is going according to plan, Exing b&p company said on Friday.
According to reports in local media, the hotel will have 242 rooms and will create 300 jobs.
The Hilton group operates 4,610 hotels in 100 countries.
