October 15 (SeeNews) - Privately-owned medical services group MedLife [BSE:M] said on Friday its dental clinics chain Dent Estet acquired a 60% stake in Cluj-Napoca-based peer Stomestet.
Stomestet clinic features eight treatment units, a dental technique laboratory, radiology services and one classroom dedicated to postgraduate courses, Dent Estet's parent MedLife Group said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB on Monday.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Established in 2001, Stomestet, posted a turnover of 8.1 million lei ($2.09 million/1.8 million euro) in 2020, ranking first among companies on the dental medicine market in the central and northern parts of the country, according to MedLife.
Dent Estet, acquired by MedLife in 2016, has a portfolio of 13 clinics located in Bucharest, Timisoara, Sibiu, Brasov, Ploiesti and Cluj-Napoca.
MedLife's shares traded flat at 19.85 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as at 1458 CET on Friday.
