PRISTINA (Kosovo), July 30 (SeeNews) – Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) said on Friday that the profit after taxes of its Kosovo unit rose by 72.6% year-on-year to 12 million euro ($14.3 million) in the first half of 2021.
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo's operating income increased 10.7% on the year to 31 million euro in the period under review, RBI said in an interim financial statement.
Net interest income totalled 24 million euro in the six months through June, up 2.4% on an annual comparison basis.
Net fee and commission income went up 38.6% year-on-year to 6 million euro.
The bank had 842 employees at the end of June, down from 846 a year earlier.
