February 2 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE-R-A] led the gainers among the blue chips on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Optima's shares closed 4.69% higher at 2.88 kuna ($0.42/0.40 euro), as 71,388 shares changed hands.
Hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP-R-A] generated the highest trading turnover of 5.2 million kuna. The company's shares closed up 0.83% at 40.53 kuna.
Civil engineering company Ingra [ZSE:INGRA-R-A] led the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell 8.16% to 4.60 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover dropped to 14.1 million kuna on Thursday from 22.1 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE fell 0.18% to 2,147.92 points, after rising 0.42% on Wednesday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, edged down 0.07% to 1,238.37 points after growing 0.41% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index decreased 0.30% to 109.5285 points.
