SKOPJE (North Macedonia), February 24 (SeeNews) – North Macedonia's real net wage increased by 3.1% year-on-year in December, after growing by an annual 4.7% in November, the national statistical office said.
In nominal terms, the average net wage in North Macedonia added 5.4% on the year in December, reaching 28,294 denars ($558/459 euro), Makstat said in a statement on Tuesday.
The strongest annual wage growth in nominal terms - by 15.5% and 10.5%, respectively - was registered in the ICT and mining sectors.
On a monthly comparison basis, the real net wage in North Macedonia increased by 2.2% in December.
