June 24 (SeeNews) - Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 2,160 of NIS' shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 1.5 million dinars. NIS's stock closed at 690 dinars, up 0.15%.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, edged up by 0.02% to 720.44 points.
Komercijalna Banka [BEL:KMBN] paced the blue-chip gainers, as its share price grew 2.0% to 2,700 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, dropped 0.12% to 1,539.14.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 3.5 million dinars ($32,996/28,983 euro) on Monday, as 77 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the exchange generated a turnover of 136,690 dinars.
No Treasury bonds were traded on Monday.
