July 30 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed flattish on Friday, with oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generating the highest turnover among the blue chips, bourse data showed.
A total of 365 NIS shares changed hands on Friday, generating a turnover of 222,245 dinars. The share price of NIS closed unchanged at 601 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session flat at 775.66 points.
None of the blue-chip index members closed up on Friday.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed flat at 1,650.42.
The bourse's total turnover rose to 21.5 million dinars ($217,200/183,100 euro) on Friday, from 3.1 million dinars on Thursday, as 37 transactions were carried out.
In the period between July 26 and 30, BELEX15 went up 0.35%, while BELEXline rose 0.36%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market this week was 41.1 million dinars, versus 1.0 billion dinars last week.
Treasury bonds trading turnover totalled 333,302 dinars this week, versus 984.7 million dinars last week.
