July 26 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Belgrade Stock Exchange slightly advanced on Monday, supported by further gains in the share price of oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS], bourse data showed.
NIS' shares rose by 1.34% to 607 dinars ($6.09 /5.16 euro) on Monday, leading the blue-chip gainers' list, in a turnover of 423,076 dinars. On Friday, NIS also rose the most among the blue chip companies, closing 1.53% higher.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, rose 0.27% to finish at 775.00 points.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed 0.14% higher, at 1,646.81 points.
The bourse's total turnover dropped to 1.78 million dinars from 992.2 million dinars on Friday, when trading in Treasury bonds contributed 981.1 million dinars out of total turnover.
